Testimonial

Can I let you know how pleased mum was with the work carried out. Alec was absolutely brilliant with mum and she really appreciated all the hard work he did. Have to say the entire customer experience we had with your company has been first class.

First Class

"It was imperative we had the work carried out immediately and within 30 hours of our problem being diagnosed we had a new boiler fitted. That was far beyond our expectations. Throughout the process we were kept well informed and every aspect of the process was thoroughly explained. All members of staff, without fail were courteous and helpful through the process. The product itself is excellent and the price was also competitive. Special thanks to Laurie Irving the very best member of staff from a Company we will be using again and would thoroughly recommend."

Company Update – Covid-19

As the Coronavirus (Covid-19) spreads across the globe, we wish to convey the latest position with regard to the supply of our services to our customers.

At Derek Mitchell Group, our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, customers and the community. We continue to review the Government and the National Health Service guidelines and advice to ensure our colleagues are looked after. As a company we have implemented measures such as home office options in the past few weeks. This enables us to ensure that our business is maintained for you, our customer, so we can continue to offer the best service possible in these unprecedented times.

Currently the impact on the supply chain of goods is relatively unaffected and our business continues to operate as normal. We are monitoring this closely each day and will advise you of any changes as the situation develops. Derek Mitchell Group contacts are available as usual, even if face-to-face visits should become increasingly difficult in the coming weeks. You can continue to reach our office via telephone and email.

In advance, should our business be forced to shut we will still offer an emergency support service for all of our customers and we can be contacted as usual via the office contact numbers 01387268868 or 01556503150.

At this time, we at Derek Mitchell Group would like to thank you for your continued business and support. Wishing you, your family and colleagues good health.
