"Great service. From booking to completion absolutely faultless, highly recommend."

Boiler Service

"I received a quote for a new boiler and chose to go with Derek Mitchell.

Arrangements were made for the work to commence and the installation engineer arrived on time and fully equipped to carry out the work.

He was very professional and efficient in carrying out the work and was able to get the gas supply reconnected in a very short time to allow use of other gas appliances.

During the course of the work, I asked if it would be possible to make some alterations to the piping arrangement to allow zonal control and this was done without any complaints or issues.

All in all, I am very happy with the company and the way in which they carry out their services. This will be my first choice for any future gas or electric work that I might require."

Powerflushing

Powerflushing is extremely important in the maintenance of an efficient central heating system.

Over time sludge and contaminants can build up in your central heating system.  ‘Magnacleanse Powerflush’ is a revolutionary method of flushing these contaminants from your central heating system.

By removing these contaminants, you reduce the risk of a build up of sludge within your heating system allowing it to run effectively and efficiently for much longer. This saves you money, and decreases the likelihood of costly repairs being incurred in the future.

Repairs

For any necessary repairs, a Derek Mitchell Group engineer will arrange to visit your home at a convenient time for you in order to diagnose any faults and advise you on the most suitable course of action, taking into consideration your budget and likely future needs.

We highly recommend installing a Magnaclean filter to your boiler. This filter helps to avoid common boiler damage caused by a build up of dirt in your heating system, which can result in costly repairs being required in years to come. To arrange a home visit, contact us today.
