Requirements

This project was for the design & build of the full M&E package for the project including planning & building warrant drawings.

Approach

The electrical and mechanical installation work in this project consisted of the supply and installation of the following system:

Installation of LV distribution system with interconnection to existing supply intake position.
Installation of standard and emergency lighting
Installation of small power systems
Access Control, Intruder Alarm, CCTV systems.
Installation of Air Conditioning
Installation of Ventilation Systems
New Fire Alarm Equipment
Installation of Data networks
Installation of Solar PV Array
Installation of hot water cylinder and water heater
Installation of all above ground plumbing
Installation of toilets and showers
Supply & install vehicle access barriers
Supply & install Electric Vehicle charger points

Result

The project was completed on time and within budget meeting the customers’ expectations.
